Proud to lead Johnnie Johnson Housing as CEO, Yvonne is absolutely passionate about the JJH vision; “Living Longer, Living Better”.
Yvonne is pleased to have positively used her wide experience to help drive change internally – strategically, financially and operationally - resulting in culture change, innovation and improved performance for customers. She is very proud of the profile building of Johnnie Johnson Housing in external networks, and especially the input into the Greater Manchester agenda, leading the Steering Groups on support to the Armed Forces and also Technology Enabled Care.
Yvonne joined JJH in 2015, having worked in social housing for many years with significant experience in providing executive leadership for a range of housing associations nationally.
She is passionate that JJH use their homes and services to help people remain independent and reduce resource pressure for our Health and Social Care sector.
She is also a Board Member with the National Housing Consortium.
As Executive Director of Customer Services at Karbon Homes, Jo is responsible for developing and delivering a vision of modern customer service delivery; bringing together all of our front line, customer-facing operational teams to ensure a common focus, shared culture and integrated team working for the benefit of customers.
Previously, Jo had a 20-year career with Sage Group Plc initially as Director of Marketing, then Managing Director of the Small Business Division in the UK, followed by a period as Managing Director for the Small Business Division in France, before being appointed as Group Director of Customer Experience.
Jo has extensive experience of business transformation and cultural change across a number of business areas and international businesses, and considerable experience of making modernising customer service delivery, improving communications, and customer and staff engagement.
Jo also has a strong regional profile, and has sat on a small number of Boards as a non-executive including Gateshead College and Business Link North East. She is currently a Board Member of the Trading Board of the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art.
As Head of Corporate Finance at Anchor Hanover, Rob is responsible for the development and implementation of M&A strategy together with the evaluation of merger and acquisition opportunities, oversight of due diligence processes and supporting the execution of M&A transactions.
He is also responsible for the evaluation of corporate structure options in line with requirements of the strategic plan and options for refinancing whilst maintaining oversight of execution of agreements and acting as a point of contact for debt and legal advisers and external M&A/corporate finance opportunity providers.
Rob, a Chartered Accountant and BFP, has held senior finance roles across SME and private equity backed businesses and has 17 years corporate finance, restructuring and integration experience, holding senior positions with both EY and KPMG, where he has advised on many transactions across a variety of different sectors and international markets. Rob also established and operated his own consultancy business providing interim management services to businesses requiring CFO experience and/or engaged in change management, M&A, integration and other commercial projects. He also holds an BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance.
As Chief Financial Officer at Anchor Hanover, Sarah is accountable for ensuring that Anchor Hanover is a sustainable organisation with the financial resources needed to meet its commitments to existing customers, deliver value for money to all stakeholders, to finance the development of new services and approaches, and manage risk and procurement.
Sarah joined Anchor Hanover as Finance Director in September 2014 from leading office supplies distributors Spicers Ltd, where she was Chief Financial Officer.
Sarah, a Chartered Management Accountant, has held a variety of senior finance roles across large corporate and private equity businesses, including being the Director of Finance in UK & Republic of Ireland at Carpetright Plc and senior roles at HMV and The Burton Group/Arcadia.
She holds an MSc in Strategic Management Accounting.
Managing Director and Board Member
Paul has more than 20 years' experience in the global insurance market, and has subsequently set up and worked with several new business ventures helping them transition successfully from start-ups to sustainable operations, to exit, with both national and international footprints.
Paul joined Invisible Creations® in the spring of 2019, building the business case, investment model and operational blueprint and subsequently brought the business to market in January of 2020 as part of our newly created Board.
A self-motivated strategic thinker with a proven track record of achievement and leadership, successfully forming and executing strategic plans and leading diverse teams to deliver transformational change and impressive results, Paul is a skilled communicator with the ability to handle multi facet relationships.
